VOLUNTEER WITH US
We’re always on the look out for compassionate, empathic people to volunteer with us, who can help us change the lives of children and their families.
If you think you fit the bill, here’s what we can offer you:
A DBS check
Access to training and Supervision

The opportunity to witness that amazing moment when all the hard work falls into place and you get to see a child thrive because of something YOU did to help.
Opportunities to facilitate and co-facilitate group work
What we need from you:
A good work ethic
The ability to commit to some regular hours – per week / month / term
Your life experiences
A willingness to get stuck in and learn as you go
For you to be respectful, approachable, and non-judgemental
A clean criminal record and (preferably) a driving license.

Our family services help many families in need, and thanks to our generous supporters and volunteers we are able to help anyone who needs us for free!

JLTS offers many services to help children, families and other professionals, specialising in Domestic Abuse recovery and Contextual Safeguarding.
If you work for a school or other service involved with vulnerable children and families in the Swale and Medway areas, please contact us for a free consultation or to enquire how our services can benefit your organisation.
