Workshops Package
Our package of 3 workshops has been especially designed to help you continuously improve your whole-school culture around mindfulness and emotional health & wellbeing.

After your team has watched the workshop videos, we’ll facilitate a Group Supervision session, where they can bring ‘real world’ cases for discussion and advice. We’ll also support your team to establish and facilitate their own Group Supervision system; and of course they’ll have access to our team by phone or email for advice or guidance.

We’ll give your teams access to resources and a systemic framework for understanding and assessing Contextual Safeguarding risks, and we will work with them to embed a person-centred, holistic approach into their day-to-day practice for consistently improved outcomes.

We are able to offer our Workshops Package nationallly. For more information please see:
Supervision
We can offer Supervision for staff in your organisation who work with ‘high-risk’ children and families at risk of abuse, such as your Designated Safguarding Leads.
Supervision is an opportunity for staff members to discuss their caseload and take advice or guidance on anything they’re finding difficult to manage or resolve. The personal impact on professionals who deal consistently with high-risk families is huge and Supervision is imperative for continued good practice, maintenance of mental & emotional health, and prevention of burn-out.
Supervision sessions are delivered virtually, last for up to 2 hours, and may be for individuals or groups of staff. Supervisees will receive Supervision notes from each session to support their professional development.
Supervision is priced per session and available nationally for virtual sessions.
Bespoke Therapeutic Plans
HOW IT WORKS

1. You send us a referral for a child / family, we’ll gather all the information, do the holistic assessment , and then create a bespoke therapeutic plan for the child / family.

2. Our team of volunteers will undertake any direct work with the family and we’ll support any professionals involved from your organisation through weekly / fortnightly on-site practice guidance.

3. We’ll regularly review the plan with everyone involved and change and update it as required. Plans are person (child / family) centred and solution-focussed, so we expect to see measurable improvements within a relatively short time – usually within two terms.

Bespoke plans are used most often for those children / families for whom the usual interventions haven’t been successful or for those whose situation is considered complex; those for whom you’ve already tried everything…

Our Bespoke Therapeutic Plan services are currently only available in the Swale and Medway areas.
