Early Help
Early Help (also known as Early Intervention) means taking action early in the life of a problem, or as soon as it emerges, to support a child, young person or their family. Early Help support requires agencies to work together to ensure a child and their family receive the support that they require in a timely manner to meet all of their needs.
Widespread evidence shows it is better to identify and deal with problems early rather than respond when difficulties have emerged.
Engage and take action with early help services to reduce risk factors and increase protective factors for a child's life
